Stumbled across this at my favorite grocer's and since I use "whole" Giardiniera on everything, thought I'd try it out. (I like it better than the similar Muffaletta) It's easier for some things simply because it's chopped up fine. Big pieces tend to fall off my pizza slice so that was where I first tried it. I'm totally hooked and have to buy both "whole" and relish giardiniera. My best recipe (so far) using the relish: loose corn (frozen); after heating, add butter, a few sprinkles of soy sauce and a couple spoonfuls of Giardiniera relish and toss. You're welcome.
