Customer Profile: The Paisley Pig Gastropub

We have so many amazing customers all across North America.  In this new segment we are excited to share their stories.

Today we are proud to showcase The Paisley Pig Gastropub located in the Beautiful town of Grand Haven, MI.

 

The Paisley Pig is a new restaurant Operated and Owned by the dynamic duo of Josh Sandberg and his wife Katie.  The restaurant features beautifully crafted artisan dishes with locally sourced ingredients and a creative flare.

They also offer 40 different beer choices and a terrific wine list featuring some tantalizing offerings from Michigan’s Wine Country.

I had the chance to catch up with Josh last week to learn a few more things about the restaurant he and Katie opened together in mid 2017.

 

 

Josh and Katie have a combined 40 years experience in the restaurant industry.  The two of them actually met while working together at a different restaurant.  They share the same intense passion for great food and service and a prior dream to open their own restaurant…now They Have the Paisley Pig together in Grand Haven.

 

 

 

Josh describes the cuisine at The Paisley Pig as “American with Southern influence.”  He is so proud of his specialty dishes including The Shrimp and Grits, Ribs, The Pulled Pork Sandwiche, and The Duck and Waffles.

Josh and Katie love to travel and explore new foods all over the country.  Their adventures and the great foods they discover are a big influence as to how they create and choose new entree’s and dishes at the Paisley Pig.  Their menu has a wonderful array of diverse items, and they feature exciting new specials week after week.

Here just a few of the delicious plates Josh and Katie serve up:

This is The Berkshire Pork Short Rib with Michigan Maple Roasted Butternut Squash.

 

 

Here is The Machine Pie: Alfredo, Michigan Bacon, Spiced Pecans, Ricotta cheese, Fried Sage Leafs.

 

 

The main photo above is the amazing Burratta with Roasted Red and Candy Beets, Mint Lemon Grass Vinaigrette, Pistachios, and Balsamic Glaze.

The Paisley Pig also crafts a delicious New Orleans Style Muffaletta Sandwich with Marconi Giardiniera.

I was so excited to connect with Josh and Katie and can’t wait till the next time I am up in Grand Haven to have a wonderful meal at this phenomenal establishment.
