Q. How much is Shipping?
A. All Products listed ship free to the continental United States. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US, please contact us for availability and shipping options.
Q. Can I Mix and Match my Case Order?
A. YES! You can mix and match 16oz jars with any case purchase. Simply select one case to purchase and as you proceed through the checkout process, manually enter in the items you wish to mix and match within that case. For example, you may select 1 case of Hot Giardiniera, but in the Special instructions box say you would like 6 jars of Hot Giardiniera and 6 jars of Mild Giardiniera.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders usually ship out of our facility in Des Plaines, IL via UPS or USPS ground within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Occasional special circumstances like product availability can delay orders, but should this happen we will contact you directly. Tracking numbers are emailed once package labels are generated and can be easily tracked.
Q. I moved away from the Chicago area and want to purchase your products. Are they available in my area?
A. We have Food service and Retail Outlets available all across the country. For a convenient location near you, please contact us.
Q. Does my Giardiniera need to be refrigerated?
A. Giardiniera does not need refrigeration as long as the Oil Level in the Jar is kept above the vegetable level. Refrigeration won’t hurt the product, but we recommend serving at room temperature.
Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO locations?
A. Yes, although these shipments may require additional shipping and time to ship. Please contact us with specific locations for more details.
Q. Can I have more order shipped overnight or by another expedited method?
A. Yes, all orders processed online will automatically ship by Ground shipping. To expedite, please contact us by phone.
