What you need:
3# Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast and or/Thighs
1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock
What to Do:
Layer Chicken in Slow Cooker.
Cover completely with Giardiniera Relish (Oil and everything) and half the jar of Low Fat Italian Dressing
Cook on high for 5-6 hours, or until Chicken is thoroughly cooked and can be easily pulled with two forks. Once pulled apart to desired consistency, add remainder of Marconi Low Fat Italian Dressing and Chicken Stock to taste. Allow Chicken to cook on LOW for an addition 45-60 minutes to allow absorption of all the liquid.
Serve on a Sandwich or individually and enjoy!
