- 1 Cup Orzo, Cooked Al Dente
- 1 Cup Quinoa, Cooked Full
- 8-10 tablespoons Marconi Giardiniera (Optional)
- 1 Jar Marconi Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 Can Marconi Chick Peas, Rinsed and Drained
- 1/4 Cup Marconi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Marconi Italian Seasoning

What do Do:
- In a large Mixing Bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
