Marconi Creamy Tuna Salad

Serves 5-6

2 cups water packed tuna (drained)
1/4 cups Marconi Ceamy Garlic Dressing

1/2 Cup Mayo

1/4 Cup Marconi Giardiniera

1 cup chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients in a food Processor with the exception of the hard boiled eggs and Giardiniera.   Remove mixture from processor and move into a large bowl.  Drain out Giardiniera oil and  mix in along with hard boiled eggs.  Cover and chill at least 2 hrs before serving.  Enjoy on toasted bread, crackers, or just with a fork!
